Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to KeshoPay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Service Description
KeshoPay is an Integration-as-a-Service platform. We do not provide payment services or act as a Payment Service Provider (PSP). Instead, we enable you to connect, manage, and orchestrate multiple PSPs and financial APIs through a unified interface. All payment processing is performed by your chosen PSPs; KeshoPay does not hold, process, or transfer funds on your behalf.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use KeshoPay. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
Use of Platform
You agree to use KeshoPay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to violate any laws, infringe on rights, or disrupt services.
Integration Responsibilities
You are responsible for configuring and maintaining your integrations with third-party PSPs and APIs. KeshoPay provides tools and documentation, but does not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party services.
Third-Party Providers
Your use of third-party PSPs and APIs is subject to their own terms and policies. KeshoPay is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of any third-party provider.
Fees and Payment
Fees for using KeshoPay are described on our website or in your service agreement. You are responsible for all applicable charges. Third-party PSPs may charge additional fees for their services.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on KeshoPay are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
Data Handling and Security

Warranties and Disclaimers
KeshoPay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the continued availability of any integration or third-party service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeshoPay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeshoPay and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your integrations, or your violation of these Terms.
